What does an order page show?

Updated 3 weeks agoSara AhlénStore & Ordering

An order page follows one order from the retailer to the desk: where each unit is, its tracking, who it is for, what it cost and where it was sent. Open it from Orders by selecting the order ID.

The tracker

Across the top: Sent to retailer → Preparing → In transit → Delivered → Received, with the date each step was reached. Select a step to show only the items at it.

Items

One card per physical unit, not per line — three monitors are three cards. Each shows:

  • the unit's status
  • Est. ship date: before it ships, when the retailer gives one
  • Assigned to — who it is for
  • the Serial, once known
  • Reseller order ID: — the retailer's own reference, for when you contact them
  • Shipment ID: — links to the carrier's tracking page when there is one

Details and cost

  • Details: the Velory ID, Requester, Assigned to, the request it came from under Project, Approver — or Auto-approved — and the dates.
  • Shipping details: the address and recipient as they were when the order was placed.
  • Payment details: the billing details sent to the retailer.
  • Cost: subtotal, tax, total.
  • Why this was needed: the reason given in the request.

Orders from more than one retailer

When the items come from different retailers, the page shows a Retailers table instead — one row per retailer, with its items, status and total. Select a row to open that part of the order. Items not yet matched to a retailer are grouped as Pending assignment.

Good to know

Can I cancel or change an order here?

No. An order page has two actions — Mark received and Retry dispatch — and neither cancels anything. To cancel or change a placed order, contact the retailer.

Why is there no invoice?

Invoices are not shown on the order. They come from the retailer, to the address in your billing details.

"My Orders" shows orders I did not place

Links from a request or an employee's profile can open a page headed My Orders. Despite the name, it lists every order in the company.
