What does Velory need from me?
Updated 6 days agoSara AhlénYour workspace
Now and then Velory needs something from you: confirm a device arrived, hand something back, get an old device ready, or approve a colleague's request. Velory tells you, and the message takes you to where you answer.

How you find out
- Your Overview. The banner at the top shows the one thing that needs you most, with a button that opens it — for example Review offboarding, Start renewal or View repair.
- The bell. Select it at the top of the page. Each notification opens what it is about.
- Email, and Slack or Microsoft Teams if you have connected them. See How do I change my notifications, password or photo?.
Open it from there, read what is asked, and answer on the page that opens.

Good to know

Nothing arrived at the weekend
